Each unit is three floors. 1st floor has living room, dining room, den area and fully equipped kitchen including microwave oven. The den area has a queen sized sofa fold-out bed, cable television with VCR.

The living room features a double-sided fireplace which opens to the kitchen and dining rooms. First floor has a half bath.

Second floor has two bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with 2 double beds. Washer and dryer are located on this floor along with one full bath.

Third floor has one bedroom with queen sized bed and a full bath that features full-size jacuzzi and skylight.
